What the warranty is designed to cover

The warranty focuses on paint adhesion for the refinished cabinet surfaces included in the project scope.

Written project documents define the exact work, materials, finish, and warranty terms for each customer.

Normal exclusions

Hardware, third-party products, abuse, harsh chemicals, standing water, structural movement, and damage caused by others are not paint adhesion failures.

Natural wood movement, loosened screws, hinge adjustment, and normal maintenance are also treated separately from coating adhesion.

How to protect the finish

Clean cabinets with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents, and excessive moisture around seams and edges.

Promptly report concerns so the surface can be evaluated before the issue becomes larger.
